To help guide the update to the General Plan, the Town Council has appointed a General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC). The GPAC is composed of the Town’s General Plan Committee and three additional residents. The General Plan Committee includes two Town Council members, three Planning Commissioners, and four residents. The GPAC members are:
The GPAC will be a sounding board for the discussion issues, opportunities, and the development of the plan to guide the community’s future.
The GPAC is expected to meet monthly. Meetings dates and materials will be posted on this page as the update progresses.
During the General Plan update process, the Town will host approximately five (5) community workshops. These workshops will occur at strategic times throughout the development of the General Plan.

Engagement HQ is the name for the online community engagement component for the General Plan update. EngagementHQ is where you and the Los Gatos community can interact with each other and provide information to Town leaders and staff to let us know what you'd like to see as part of Los Gatos in the year 2040.
